International express delivery has become an important mode of transportation in international logistics. Whether it is the transportation of commercial goods or the delivery of personal packages, international express delivery services provide considerable convenience. Freight forwarders are also beginning to come into contact with more and more international express services, providing customers with more choices.
However, due to long-distance cross-border transportation, international express delivery may also encounter some problems, such as damage, loss, customs return, and detention. The following are some common risks and precautions about international express delivery services, which suppliers can understand.
1. The list of goods should be as detailed as possible. If sensitive goods such as liquid powder paste, motor batteries, etc. are concealed and found by the express warehouse, a fine of 200.1000 RMB will be imposed. (The goods sent for personal belongings must correspond to the list)
2. Please note that the value of the formal invoice should be converted to US dollars in other currencies. The currency type will default to US dollars, and not converting will affect the destination port tariffs.
3. Express delivery services do not accept solid wood packaging. If wooden crates and frames are required, customers should remember to use non fumigation (composite boards). Wooden crates should be hinged for easy unpacking and inspection. For single items weighing 50kg or more, it is recommended to use forklift legs (10cm) for easy loading and unloading.

5. Some countries may have remote delivery fees. If it is a physical shipment, it is best to confirm the destination delivery postal code. Remote fees can only be found after shipping based on postal code inquiry fees. Remote fees are valid for up to 3 months!
6. If there are sensitive goods such as liquids, powders, cutting tools, and nameplates in the goods, notify the operator and business in a timely manner to avoid inconsistent costs or inability to send them out.
