Goods that fail to pass the review will not be accepted for booking.
According to this regulation, bookers are required to submit four necessary documents for review before booking.Including: MSDS (Chemical Safety Data Sheet), goods transportation condition identification certificate, photos of the goods themselves and photos of the goods after packaging.
To ensure smooth shipping plans, Evergreen Shipping specifically reminds customers:
Reserve time for review:If there is an urgent shipping need, complete information should be submitted for review at least two working days in advance to avoid incomplete review affecting subsequent arrangements.
Make sure your documents are compliant:The size of all review files must be controlled within a reasonable range, and photo files must be submitted in JPG format.
To ensure the validity of MSDS:The submitted MSDS file must completely contain 16 basic contents to ensure its authenticity and validity. Specific requirements include: the date of issue or revision is clearly legible; manufacturer/supplier information and emergency contact information are complete; if the goods are mixtures, all ingredients, corresponding CAS numbers and proportions of each ingredient must be accurately listed.
After passing the review, Evergreen Shipping will provide the booker with a unique review number.The booker should keep this number properly. When booking the same cargo again, he can indicate "the cargo has passed the review" in the booking remarks column and fill in the number to simplify the process and improve efficiency. It should be noted that the review number has an expiration date. After the expiration date, the same goods need to resubmit information for review.
Industry observers pointed out that this move reflects the shipping company's continued emphasis on the transportation safety of dangerous goods and special cargo, as well as its strict control of compliance throughout the supply chain. Relevant cargo owners and freight forwarding companies need to actively adapt to this trend and prepare internal processes and documents in advance.

Dear customer,
If the name of the booking goods is chemicals, raw materials, 3C products, goods containing batteries, etc., all special goods that need to be reviewed by the shipowner, you need to provide information for review before booking. The required materials include four necessary documents: [MSDS], [Certificate of Appraisal of Cargo Transportation Conditions], [Photos of the goods themselves] and [Photos of the goods after packaging].
Please note:
1. If you have urgently arranged goods, please prepare the review information in advance and reserve at least two working days for review. Do not book space immediately without review.
2. The size of each audit file should not be too large.
3. The photo format is JPG format.
4. The 16 basic contents in [MSDS] must be complete and valid: the issue date or revision date must be clear; the manufacturer or supplier information and emergency contact information of the MSDS must be complete; if it is a mixture, all ingredients and their CAS NO must be verified to be accurate and the proportions are clearly listed.
After the shipowner passes the review, our company will provide the review number to the booker. Please keep the record properly. When booking the same cargo again, the remark field will indicate that the cargo has passed the review review number. The same goods must be applied for again after the validity period has expired.
Reminder: Cargo owners and freight forwarding companies must pay attention to this provision. Before arranging the shipment of special goods such as chemicals and battery-carrying goods, confirm with the shipper in advance and prepare all required review documents, proactively submit for review, and reserve sufficient operating time to avoid booking failures and shipping schedule delays due to non-compliance or process delays, which will affect the overall logistics arrangement and may incur additional costs.
