Attention! Indonesia, Brazil, Turkey and other countries have launched investigations into these products!

Recently, Indonesia, Brazil, Turkey, Madagascar and other countries have launched anti-dumping, anti-circumvention and safeguard measures investigations against imported cotton fabrics, cotton yarns, stainless steel cold-rolled plates, hot-rolling plate rolls, diapers and other products.

Brazil: On October 27, the Foreign Affairs Secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services issued Announcement No. 45 of 2023, stating that it would launch an anti-circumvention investigation into 2xx series and AISI 410 stainless steel products originating in China.

Indonesia: On October 27, at the request of Indonesian domestic manufacturers, the Indonesian Safeguards Committee (KPPI) launched a safeguard investigation into imported cotton yarns, imported cotton fabrics, imported man-made filament woven fabrics, and imported man-made filament yarns.

Turkey: On October 31, Turkey’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued Announcement No. 2023/31, which, upon application from Turkish steel producers, launched an anti-dumping investigation into hot-rolled coils originating in China, India, Japan and Russia.

Madagascar: On October 25, at the request of Madagascar’s domestic industry, the Madagascar Investigation Agency (ANMCC) launched a safeguard measure investigation into imported diapers and hygiene products. At the same time, it decided to impose a 27% temporary safeguard on the products involved from the date of filing the case. Measure tax, the measure is valid for 200 days.
